The US military is far too large for the level of conflict we are engaged in or likely to see going forward. China and Russia have no reason to push resource-based wars anymore. So they are no more of a threat to the US as the KKK.

US troops are put in harms way to defend foreign assholes. But they're told it's for mother and country. It's programmed into them.

 

They are told it is for the white race. I'm a military brat and know one guy who left the military because when the US invaded Panama he was on a US base, where they had locked up all the weapons because of tensions between the black and white troops. Believe all the crap you want on your reality TV, but the billionaire mayor of NYC arrested 26 reporters in one day and they have lost all credibility in even their own eyes. The Neo-Nazis are running the country and giving Facebook hell for being owned by a Jew.

 

More of the same bullshit, pretending anything they have to say on the subject is meaningful and they still have a functional government. White people with money are so predictable, it is illegal to throw large sums of cash off the tops of tall buildings. Go ahead, ask how you can have a democracy where everyone votes for whoever advertises the most, and our glorious leader is elected against the wishes of his own party leaders and cuts the mass media a deal on their rent.

There are no infowars when the majority of Americans insist the government and corporations they call evil lie to them for their own protection and are usually much too liberal about these things. Fox News is legally entertainment and a court even once found them entirely within their right to fire two reporters for refusing to flat out lie on the air about an egregious public health hazard. Americans demand to be lied to, seriously, the idiots have been voting for whoever advertises the most for over twenty years and demanding the government gerrymander the entire electorate, and that majority rule is the only definition of a democracy.

If there is any infowar in America, it in both political extremes insisting that we still have a political system, because they might as well be in straight jackets.

 

The way I see it, the fact that major corporations don't want people to hear what she and people like her have to say, means that we should be paying close attention to people like her.

Rosa was poor by even Jewish standards, and not worth the trouble. You either learn how to deal with the Mafia or go home. The Nazis went after the Jews, who seldom left the country, despite years of seeing what was coming, because there was money to be made.

 

She was a rule breaker with a controversial and unpopular opinion, and defied the establishment. Civil rights activists like her were put in their places the same way rule breakers are being put in their places today. If smartphones existed in that era, the corporations would’ve worked to suppress people like her and Martin Luther King by banning them off social media

They were treated like rule breakers, I can agree with that. But lets not forget that African-Americans were treated very poorly, and that's why it was necessary for them to break the rules. To show that there was a real need. It was a courageous and selfless thing they did. Today we have them to thank for the civil rights we can now expect in civil discourse. I dig it.

I've only entertained conspiracy theorists from a distance but David Icke always seemed like the British Alex Jones to me. I am most familiar with his ideas of shape shifting reptiles controlling humans for their own global agenda but this is a more grounded and imo thought provoking interview. Why do you say that? Many European nations have high end fighters and tanks. They were good enough for the USA at one point and they are still VERY combat ready. We Americans sell them to Europeans since have don't want engineers out of work and need to make space for new toys. No matter what they make, you always need the new improved weapon. Even when generals say what we have is good and clearly Europe sees that too it's not the best. It's part of the military industiral complex. War never ends.

Europe also has elite Seal like teams and could find a larger military. If push comes to shove even though they have less equipment and man power short of nukes form the US they can fight the US for months. If you fight smart and have the defensive advantage you don't need a million men. Military 101, it's nice to have a million bu train well with what you do have.

They have thought of us as an ally since the Cold War. But with Trump they are doing their own thing. They know they can't trust us with Trump and for most of their history there was no America. It's not hard for them to go back that.
