I hope that dog knows how to come when called, otherwise you would not be able to catch him. At least the other dogs got some exercise, their people are just sitting around doing nothing.

Well I guess my last post got overlooked. Nevermind, I'll just chat here.

So um, I did something either very stupid or very selfless (??not sure what to call it) At any rate, I may be taking a FB break for awhile as a result. :/
I am going to need distracting... and I don't mean my regular "ADD" tendencies! :p (ADD in quotes, because I have "issues", but can't seem to find the right name for it yet, not because I'm being a jerk about anyone who suffers it. *sigh But I have been advised, and I agree with it, to take the advice of my signature-learn to laugh at ourselves. Ha! :) ) I just need to not think about the, not guaranteed, but very possible sad news. :/

thats why they use it...they have 3 dogs

my runoff goes towards and along the back though,,,not where their dogs walk

plus they have so much snow the runoff goes under the snow (and into a culvert on the other side of their yard)

I think we're in the same boat. You have the right ore, I might have the right ore.

    See what I mean

Can't figure out the name of mine yet either.

Calgary is expanding its use of beet juice as an anti-icing agent on roads.

It had previously used the organic compound on a trial basis but is now ramping that up, as a new winter storm approaches.

Putting corn on ice for traction sounds like putting marbles on concrete for the same reason.

yes the cobs are left in the field to be plowed back into the ground, standard corn procedure.....they are hard and brittle and you need a hammer to smash them...that's why they make corn cob pipes....tough stuff
