I smoked weed with Vince Welnick July 5th 1997. We went to a concert he held and while hanging out by the sound board Vince says "hey you guys wanna burn one". Totally taken back by that moment. This was before the concert even started ... He took a couple puffs and passed it to us and talked for a minute, said enjoy the show.
