I'm just wondering what, if anything at all, your after workout ritual is? A few months ago, I used to run home and get right into the alcohol. Now, the last thing I want to do is drink booze after a solid workout. Usually I make a protein shake right away, and sometimes smoke a nice fat joint. If I do a midday cardio heavy workout, then I will pick up a roast chicken and eat that with hummus. Delicious.
I change my shirt then I cook 1cup brown rice and a large chicken breast and sometimes 2 cups sweet potatoes thrown in, downed by a whey shake
After workout ritual, I’ll eat a couple of bananas, down a quart of Gatorade, and relax through stretching and meditating Hotwater
sometimes I will have a beer because it is quite refreshing but usually I just do about 20 minutes of yoga after a workout because my muscles are warmed up and stretchy
