Getting sloshed in the face with a cup of acid, hacked with a machete or stabbed to death is all the rage in London. No guns means that 1. This is what criminals resort to and they are emboldened by the fact the citizenry is gunless, but more importantly 2. That the citizens dont have guns to disuade criminals or protect themselves enabling them to be victims to this senseless violence.

London surpassed New York City in annual homicides for the first time in over 100 years.

London has now made knives illegal to carry and the mayor of London tweeted "there is never any reason to carry a knife"

No use trying to debate those whose only goal is to own any type of weapon they want regardless of any other considerations at all.

I'll try one last time to make myself clear.
Saying that all students feel like victims because of the school shootings in the US is ridiculous. More students die during their commute to and from school every year, either in a bus or car. Do they feel like victims of transportation manufacturing? Do they have walkouts to protest after a tragic bus crash? While any child or young adult being killed by a firearm while being educated is a horrible tragedy, it doesn't happen so often that it can be considered a real fear for anyone. Certainly not enough to justify banning any particular type of firearm as the remidy. The firearms aren't the problem. It's been shown that a person intent on creating terror will use whatever they can get their hands on. Access to guns isn't driving that type of person to do what they do. Identifying and stopping that type of person is the real solution, but human nature being what it is, good luck. It's my opinion that stepping on the rights of millions of law abiding citizens only to have no effect is not the answer.
Okay, I'm ready to be called a small penised gun nut who can't feel secure or strong without a firearm within reach, because of my thoughts on the matter, bring it on.

You repeat the bogus statistic after it's been pointed out to be an artifact. Two more homicides in two months is statistically meaningless. It could be completely random. Too much for an uneducated mind to grasp, but if you don't understand statistics, don't use them.

No, I woudn't call you that, but you are pretty dense to keep bringing up analogies between mass murder and accidents. Firearms are the weapons of choice for a reason. You can kill more efficiently with them, there is less need for close range encounter where the perpetrator could be more easily subdued, and the victim has more of a chance of getting away. Identifying and stopping that kind of person is a practical impossibility. Much easier to regulate access to guns.

Regulate access to one, they'll use another. Ban them all, they'll use a machete. Some people are mental "accidents", and no amount of regulation is going to stop it from happening.

No use trying to debate those whose logic includes banning the type of weapon used least in school shootings.

When there is no justification for banning a type of weapon, the Constitution says we have the right to have it. There are no other considerations.

Not dense at all. Someone who is killed in an accident is just as dead as someone who is murdered.

People have the right to have guns in America.

But even if you were allowed to prevent people from having guns, that wouldn't prevent murderers from killing.

    Tell that to the Rwandans.

NO ONE IS EXPECTING REASONABLE GUN CONTROL TO ELIMINATE ALL VIOLENCE.

There is justification for gun control. It's just some people refuse to hear it because they need a gun binky to calm their irrational fears and gun Viagra to compensate for their own inadequacies.

You think that's something? Hell, you should look into the heads of the kind of people who are so obsessed with muscles and brute force that they'd rather see someone duke it out with a home invader rather than protect themselves with a weapon. Apparently, binkies come in all shapes and sizes, and for some people, the bigger the better.

So I drove by the biggest high school in town today

Apparently its another national walkout day or some bs.

2,000 kids in the school and about 18 of them were out there protesting.

I was on my motorcycle and i said "im an NRA member" and they thought i was cheering for them so i said it a second time slower.

"I have a sprained ankle and I walked out"

    Its classic leftist millenial:

    1. Playing the victim

Of course these school walk-outs were organized by faculty. These sloppy yellow-bellied journalists try to make it sound like the it was the students who did an organized rebellion and walked out during class to show solidarity.

And of course there's gonna be lots of high school students who will use any excuse to get out of class last Friday on 4/20

It seems to me that the gun lobby are trying to drown us in a sea of shit.

We seem to have several gun issue threads going on at the same time with the usual suspects filling each one with the same old gun lobby crap that has been covered and addressed a million times before.

I must say - WOW - the gun lobby seem really scared at the moment, in all my years of countering the gun lobbyists BS I’ve never seen them so worried.

But at this point I think they are just shouting into the wind, the majority of Americans seem to want to have some type of gun control (even in the gun lobby there is disagreement) so it becomes a matter now of what gun control is to be brought in.
