We, the US, are going to pledge 212 million to rebuild the Gaza Strip that the Israelis bombed. NNONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONON Is the world crazy or what?? I certainly don't blame the Israelis for ---NEVER AGAIN. But they seem to value real estate over peace. While we pay for their actions. People are starving and jobless here---aren't they??
Well, isreal is our genocidal ally who we built, so we feel some small amount of responsibility, considering we can't even publically condemn them for it. 212m is really very little, considering the amounts we piss away by the minute. As I recall, our first stealth jet strike in syria cost a BILLION dollars - and it was chasing a "coroson" cell or whatever who it turns out was literally a complete lie (who could have seen THAT coming?) because we just wanted to get our bombs into syria for the same reason we did before (oil, and having more influence than russia there, and propping up the massive US war industry). Of all the things our money is going to, I'd as soon give gaza a billion, as 212m. Our imaginary money is handled so amazingly irresponsibly that it really won't be worth any more or less, no matter WHAT number you write down. Might as well help them. One thing you can be sure of is that dollar for dollar, spending money to help people and build things makes us safer than spending money to attack people.
That's actually pretty cheap when you consider the amount of bombs they dropped. It's enough to build a power plant.
I have a hot pan, but didn't consider what to cook before heating it. Lately I've been a pan nerd, and all careful about preheating my cast iron - even though it's all either warped or crappy textured in the first place, anyway. I don't have much to cook, I'm realizing. Mostly frozen crap food. Maybe I'll turn the pan off and make a digoirno. Or I could mash an avacado and throw it with some beans and chips and stuff - could chop and fry an onion for that, and still feel like I did something with the pan.
Yeah, I had multiple tabs open.... was supposed to be chat. But hey, it beats the original topic, I think. I made onion rings.
Why does it fuckin' matter how "cheap" this expense is compared to other tyrannical USA global-policeman operations? The point is that it's a sensless expense that US taxpayers shouldn't have an obligaton to pay.
we must take both sides if not to step on any toes for another World War...It will happen eventually, history always REPEATS itself...repeats...repeats. repeats. repeats. ahhhh I'm stuck in the loop! This has been proven on many occasions.
