I have been enjoying masturbation and sex for 68 years. I have used my genitals about 16,000 times at a conservative estimate.

I am now 100% solosexual, and it keeps me sane and probably out of jail.

 

I've been doing it since I was 12. Even decades later, even with an active sex life with my wife I would still do it nightly while on business trips. It helped curb my urges and helped me relax after a long day. Wife is old enough now and has no desires like she used to have. My right hand is my best friend!

I would have said once it was an addiction, I would do it every day and 3+ times in a row didn't matter if I was getting sex either.. now days I just don't get enough space and time.

 

I do it as often as I can and have time for.
