Ok bro's and sista's.... this is it:
My Absolutely, positively 100% CURE FOR ZITS!! This totally works and your skin will be clear in two weeks to one month!!! Cost? approx. 3 bucks! or less!!!
1.Go to a beauty supply store and get 40% (hair bleaching) peroxide. Apply to face, (not around eyes!!!) It will (it might sting , maybe it will not sting u all that much, it depends on your tolerance) sting like holy hell. (But you can stand it cause you want your beautiful skin back, right?)Leave it on as long as you can stand it. Your eyes will burn. Your zits will turn white as snow . If your skin is really actively breaking out, there will be white spots where you didn't even know you had zits. Do not freak out. They will fade in a few minutes. If you can, keep applying fresh 40% peroxide over zits for a few more minutes. Then rinse off your face and marvel at the horrendous white spots, the germs that the peroxide is killing. (again, they will fade back to normal skin tone in a few minutes and soon will dry up and begone!) Do this everyday, maybe twice a day for a few weeks. Keep it up regularly, and i promise you, your skin will clear up like a freaking miracle. This is a 100% cure. It works and is dirt cheap. Do not take anti-biotic's, they wipe out your intestinal flora and cause severe damage. Do not take Accutane!
Also, disregard any notice on peroxide bottle not to contact skin. It just stings. It will not hurt you!!! Just Keep it away from your eyes!!! This is a miracle cure and i have seen it completely cure bad acne with my friends and loved ones i have turned on to it. It just stings, but man does it ever work!!! Zits are filled with germs, plain and simple and peroxide is a germ killer and 40% is the strong stuff. It is why "Proactive" works, but this is so much Better, Stronger and Cheaper.
(and please let me know when youv'e used it and it cleared your skin and then go tell others!!!) this also is great for those monthly period zits. Keep a small container of it by your computer so you can just dab it on while surfin' the web, when you can feel one comin' on. It will be gone pronto.

hi everyone, the thing is anti biotics are so incredibly dangerous. they wipe out the intestinal flora. This opens the system up to an overgrowth of candida, which is a naturally occuring (in moderate amounts) yeast. When it gets out of control, due to no friendly flora to keep it in check, it turns nasty. it grows into horrible colonies that invade the entire system, and can cause ulcers in the colon, as well as a bunch of other really bad things. Using anti-biotics to clear up the skin is medical malpractice and should be banned. The solution is soooo easy....hydrogen peroxide (40%)

souless, not really, to get the bleaching action, it needs to be mixed with the powder stuff. It might lighten a tiny tiny bit, but to get clear skin it's worth it, and hey, you may decide you are so handsome with gorgeous skin, you may choose to go beard free for a while! I am thrilled that you are going to give this a go. smart move.

go to your nearest Sally beauty supply store, or any beauty supply store. It is sold seperatly along with hair color stuff. Ususally under 3 bucks a bottle. They sell hair color stuff to the public, but also to the trade. It has to be at least 20% but 40% is the way to go. I assure you, this is worth the effort and mild discomfort. you will clear up any zits now, and if you keep using it, they really won't come back! my 14 year olds back was a total mess when i got back to her last summer and it was totally clear in two weeks, using 40% HP. my brothers skin was so bad suddenly at 19 he was wearing makeup to cover it. in a month it was perfect. i could go on.

if your face is dryed out, drink LOTS of water - it doesn't help the acne really, but it makes your skin feel nicer

I totally second that. I've been using the St. Ive's apricot scrub for a while now, and my skin has totally cleared up, and it's really soft every time I use it. It takes away a lot of the oil too (nice oily Italian skin I had...), and it really doesn't cost much at all. $3.50 canadian. Totally worth every penny. :)

    Dear Tigerlily,
Ahem.. Okay, if you want natural beauty tips, come to me. [IMG] First off, that morningmaniacmusic dude is right. Don't use soap on your voice, that is unless it's ivory. Ivory soap is good for your skin, especially if it's pretty dried out.

Second, if you have acne that means your body is toxic. Meaning your liver or kidneys are polluted I can't remember which one... I think liver. . . anyway, this means you need to detoxify (Get all the crap out of your body) This means MORE WATER [IMG] Not like you haven't heard that one, I would suggest superantioxident green tea, and less fast food as well. [IMG] Meat won't make your skin break out IF ITS ORGANIC, if the cow was shot up with a bunch of junk, that's bad. Hormones are NOT cool...

Milk is another one, you could be lactose intolerant, which means you should take acidopholus.. or however you spell it. You can take the pill, eat the nasty cream stuff, or drink the milk that tastes the same. I drink Horizons Organic Lactose Free, because one I'm afraid of hormones, and two, I'm lactose intolerant and dairy gives me acne.

Keep your hair back since your body is toxic, the oils will make things worse. Don't wash your hair every day though just for that reason, your body needs natural oils. Sorry. :-/ You can use a hair rinse though :-D

    In most foods like

Tea tree oil is good for your skin as well, it isn't a good idea to use full strength if your skin is dry though.. [IMG] But relax. That's the main thing. :-D

    Happy skincare!

well i honestly don't eat much fast food at all... every couple weeks i'll have meatless nachos from taco bell but that's it. umm i mainly drink water and occassionally a soda or lemonade, but at home always water.what else... oh i've been vegetarian for about a year and have only been eating fish this past month or so. (cutting out meat did nothing for my skin) ummm... i have a wide pallate so i eat a huge variety of foods and have been taking a multi vitamin because i was worried about iron. i've pretty much stopped wearing makeup for a while now and only wash my hair every few days...

so, finnish butterfly, most of your advice makes sense of course, but unless i'm sick (something is WRONG with my liver or kidneys or whatever), i take pretty good care of myself...

stopping with the soap really helped, and my face is already clearing up. i bought some of that peroxide keanue otter was takling about and used it a couple times but it only seemed to do what proactive did and that was dry out my skin and make it look worse. so, i'm just gonna stick with a healthy diet and no makeup and no soap.

tigerlily, You may be giving up on peroxide too soon! It will take some time for the general condition to really heal up. But first the bacteria in the skin has to die off, and that causes some roughness for a little while! That's the way zits are when they are drying up. there will be some annoying minor dryness or scabbing. But once you get past this phase, they will stop returning once and for all. except for an occasional period zit or whatever, one should continue to apply it periodically for maintenence.
ps. you just stated that your skin cleared up using the peroxide. But that you couldn't stand the dryness. well that means the peroxide is working, and you just have to deal with the minor dryness untill you get all the germs killed off. then stop the peroxide. do you understand the logic here? I do not want peeps out there reading this to give up on peroxide because it really works.

okay i will try again, and i'm not discrediting peroxide, lots of different things work for different ppl... clearasil works wonders for some ppl, and definitely not for me, same with other things.

but! i will try again and keep you updated...

A good way to get rid of acne is to cleanse your blood.
Go to the tea section of your local grocery store (like Whole Foods or Marketplace) and get Yogi Detox tea. Read the instructions.

One of the main things about reoccuring ance is like what FinnishButterfly touched on. You have toxisity in your blood. The detox tea will clean you up. Heck I get boils from time to time and the Detox tea clears them up. I used to have them really bad untill I started using the tea, and now my outbreaks are few and far between.
