The food you eat makes no difference to acne, do a little research, there's a lot of myths floating around about acne. I've been a long term sufferer of acne (I've got the craters to show it). I've been to the dermatoligist twice and been on roaccutane twice. Although roaccutane was good for the first six months after taking it, my acne did come back. I've been using a treatment called red/blue light treatment. It's basically a box with six light tubes, three blue three red, they emmit light at a certain wave length. I was sceptical at first but my skin has shown a major improvement since using it. Would recommend it to anyone. Also, taking jack 'n jills can help spots too.
this may be true for you, but not for everybody. i know for a fact that cheese and dairy caused my acne. for a few months i went back and forth between a vegan(no dairy) and lacto vegetarian(lots of cheese) and i could definately tell a difference in the amount of oil my body produces, i got acne all around my shoulders and jawline when i ate dairy, and i get a lot more painful whiteheads on dairy. and now that i'm eating mostly fresh fruits and veggies and my face and back is much clearer, save for the scars.
