When it comes to Christianity, what exactly are you accountable for? Your words? Your life? Your actions? Umm, or are you accountable for Jesus? Maybe for his sacrifice? What are you accountable for? Being truthful? Honest? Umm, someone of moral fiber? Maybe you're accountable for being obedient? What are you accountable for? Nothing? I'm asking ... Wait... Are you accountable for being a hall monitor? Are you accountable for judging others? What? What are you accountable for?

Then again, it may come down to simple accountability and willingness to be a friend rather than a servant. I think he said the servant is no greater than and what they did to him they'll do to the servants too. It's better to be a friend in my opinion. Heck, it's a wage well earned in the end. Like chess and an old proverb I once read. At the end of the game, both the king and pawn go back into the same box.
