He play's a Chicago cop on the trail of CIA connected drug smugglers tied to an assassination plot Brutal akido fights, blazing shootouts, detestable crooks ( Silva in particular is totally ruthless ) everything you want from an action movie well worth the watch.
I couldnt agree more......... I like HARD TO KILL also.... (1990) After the 2nd movie they were quite stupid..........
