Well, Faerymoon, not all men are dead beat dads. Not all women are nurturing, wonderful mothers. Don't be so sexist! It is other's business, especially the father's. I'm quite sure my dad would not have wanted me to be aborted. This isn't a feminist issue like all you liberals want it to be, it is a human rights issue. Yes, people should take care of their kids instead of sending them off to childcare, that's about the only thing I have in common with that woman. I don't care if people have sex before marriage, I didn't wait, never said anywhere on here that I was. I don't have or want kids right now either and I hope fewer women have kids. I do see them as a ball and chain. People with kids rarely have a life of their own. Just as many women suck as men in this world. I dont have a double standard. I am pro-life becasue of the anti-war thing. But I have a few exceptions- incest, rape, and if the child or mother will be harmed. It's kind of a complex issue for me. Hoozah for the morning after pill!
The partial birth abortion ban included an exception to save the life of the mother, but the courts have insisted on an elastic "health" exception that would render the ban meaningless. A powerful hormone drug is hardly comparable to OTC pain relievers.
Exactly, WOmen used to use coat hangers and other sharp and very dangerous objects to try to perform an abortion, and another thing, it is not really a babies life as it is a cells life being taken away.
