A Woman For President Of The U.s.a. ??

He looks good to me instead of the same tired old faces shuffling from one adminisration to the next.His inexperience is a plus for me.He AND his wife are very smart people.It's time for a younger generation to try and heal up what these damn repubs have done to this country and the world.

 

No, I know what you mean. And yea, if/when Hillary gets the candidacy, I'll most likely be voting for her (unless theres a good green party or independant candidate that I like). However, I won't be too happy voting for her, for the reasons that I've explained before. Either way, this election will yet again be a choice between the leser of two evils.


(And for the record, McCain isn't nearly as bad as a Bush-type: his views on torture and other select issues are commendable. That being said, theres no way in hell that I'll vote for him, or any other Republican candidate).

 

Inexperience and novelty aren't such good things to look for in a presidential candidate, imo. If you just want different, vote Nadar.

 

while obama is inexperienced his views on essentially every issue i've read into are set in stone. but i doubt that someone with his teaching credentials could do wrong.... i consider that to be much better experience than to have been a lifelong politician. good teachers are/have to be fundamentally honest.

 

Good for you! That was one thing W Bush had going for him. His lack of voting record forced the public to believe what he was saying (those of us who still find any degree of truth in what comes from a politician's mouth) since it could not be proven false, his real agenda wasn't known till after it was too late. But yeah, vote for whoever, I can't guarantee he will be the worst president, only express my sentiments that he is going up against big dogs who will eat him up after Hillary is out of the picture. Notice how Hillary is getting no media coverage? coincidence? The media is picking the least likely real contender and pushing him to the forefront where he will soon crumble. Could you please link me to the issues you have read on Obama? I go by voting records, not heresy, bu I will look at whatever you send.


An inexperienced teacher would be more qualified than she with 30 years in public office? on teaching credentials? You must have had some really fine teachers.

 

Yeah I never hear "Hilary is a democrat that was against....Hilary's stance on gay marrage is..." Alll I fuckin hear is "Hilary, the first female president?" I didnt really l;ike this origianl post because lookit...why the heck does it matter that she is female? Most people who point out that she's female don't know a flying f#*k about what she stands for.

 

I agree, we need a fresh new face in office. He wasnt sentor at the time of the Iraq war and opposed it freon the start (unlike Hilary) so he has a clean slate. He is kind with a soft voice and the first person to say that America needs to create a new legacy and dump the baby boomer's legacy (*not that I agree with that but that will draw a younger crowd of voters).
