A toilet paper hoarder tried to return toilet paper to a supermarket after his E-bay account was shut down. Kudos to the supermarket manager and E-bay. https://7news.com.au/travel/coronav...er-hoarder-during-coronavirus-crisis-c-975635
We should all feel very sorry for him. Corona virus is making life really hard for criminals. The inconsiderate government has not even made robbery and burglary acceptable reasons for leaving home.
i'm sure they would have gladly taken it back. but refunding the asshole's money might be a different story.
They are advertising it on ebay for £10 for a 4 pack, which is no doubt why they suspended the guys account.. We have seen guys trying to sell it at the market. If Christina spots any of them stocking from a private car, she will report illegal business use on the insurance company checksite. This will cancel their insurance and make it almost impossible for them to take out a policy with another company. She may be quite relaxed on some things, but selfish idiots taking advantage of the current situation really wind her up.
I think he should've published the jerks name, address, and picture far and wide. Ebay did a good thing.
In reality, people like him are in a very small minority. That is what makes them 'stand out' from the rest of us.
Minus the re-stocking fee. This would work out nicely if they buy it all back at less than what they normally pay from their normal supplier. That way a legitimate store gets to sell it twice while giving this jerk the gouging he so richly deserves.
Ah I think it is great that it was refused. Several reasons for it I imagine too. He bought it on sale in the first place... paid desperate people a buck on the street To go In and buy it, because of the sale the amount you can buy is limited. Sales items are usually final sale, He is over his max purchase # too. then he marks up the price on eBay and Amazon for an obscene amount... gouging people. Amazon I have found to have a lot of overpriced items, people marking up prices like that, especially in household items and food.. I dont shop online, no to eBay as well. let him clean up his own shit,
yes, I think so. If he wants to help out others with toilet paper he can donate it or sell it on the street.
