Ill get that too, sometimes I'll want to nap but I feel like I would waste part of the day so I dont.

 

that's pretty much how i feel now..
plus if i nap now, i'll be out for hours,
meaning i'll be up most of the night unable to sleep

 

me friend got half an oz. today

 

so things are gettin ugly within my last week of work... i took everything i had in the kitchen out.. this means.. all the recipes.. they were MY recipes... i had to compile my own recipes cuz the last kitchen manager ran off with the last recipes.. my recipes include an award winning chili.. the best clam chowder in town.. a published recipe.. and some others that are MINE.. my own.. they were not the restaurants.. well the owner called me.. fuckin douche baggins.. "you need to return the recipes to the restaurant.. i dont care if you copy them" copy them??? they are fuckin mine!!! so 1.. im gonna tell him he's not seeing shit until i get my final pay check.. 2.. im probably gonna put them through a shredder and give them to him in a plastic bag LOL

don't give him the recipes!! keep them for yourself.

or make fake recipies that make the food taste like shit.

 

Damn, yeah don't budge they cant steal em from you. Do you know how many cooks take their recipes when they leave a restaurant? Pretty much all the good ones who take pride in their dishes.

I guess i am.. my chili recipe like i said has won awards... and well that and another recipe of mine were published in the Watkins catalog.. 500,000 copies between the US and Canada..
This past Easter.. i had to do a dinner for Dingus.. the day after easter.. its a polish holiday.. for the Polish Heritage Society.. i was asked to make a ton of shit i never made before.. or ate before.. i was so nervous because i was cooking this food for people that grew up eating these things.. i did too.. but they were polish foods i never encountered.. and it turned out a complete success.. now they wanna make it public..

 

i'll pay you50k a year to be my chef

oh yea.. heres how it went.. let me set the senario...

I'm talking with one of my food reps...
me: "i don't wanna be here anymore.. im not hearing or seeing anything good about the new GM"
rep: "well.. how much do you want to make"
me: "$11"
rep: "let me go next door and talk to _____"
sit around for about 10min
rep comes back
rep: "i got you $11.. go talk to ____, you owe me lunch"
im donw the 15th.. i start on the 18th.. took the weekend off
