Probably not, I think the prescribing guidelines read "twice a day, by mouth", ie, B I D.....

 

That is the normal administration of the pharmaceutical. Iḿ suggesting additional applications. I would be willing to participate in clinical trials, if necessary.

 

That would probably have to be an "off label" use. Internal or external application? You could test the trans-dermal effect.

 

Fortunately cum isn't yet regulated by the FDA so labeling not necessary, and can obtained over the counter. And also under the counter if you're into that kinda stuff. I don't see any legal issues as long as it's not advertised as having medicinal qualities.
