i had a driving lesson today, and i drove past a VW camper and i slowed right down and was lookin at it lovingly, and my instructor was like 'aww, its been abandoned' but he wouldnt let me liberate it ='[

and then a bit later, he was like 'why dyu want a camper' and i was like 'so i can have my dreads and be awesome and wear tie die and be cool', and thennn he was asking me about dreads, why do i like them etc etc, and then he was like 'but your hairs not long enough for dreads' and i was like 'err,, you can start them at like 3 inches..' (my hairs shoulder length), and that frankly shut him up. but he seems quite open to the idea of dreads, which is cool. he didnt come out with the crap about not being able to wash them etc etc etc =]

Some old crusty folks (like myself) can be open minded... sometimes. Driving instructors, in my experience, are in the same demographic as geography teachers (make of that what u will). Personally, I lurved my driving instructor. I was quite late learning to drive. I passed my test at 32, and he - bless him - estimated my age as... 24! I could have snogged that man right there!!

so speaking of vegan ice cream, i had coconut milk ice cream for the first time today and i am IN LOVE!! :]
