A question for the girls

Girls, what is the best way to conquer you?

At first contact should I tell you that I think you are too pretty for me or should I tell you that you are lucky, because out of the many girls who want me I picked you?

but don't put yourself down, because that's a turnoff for most gals

 

Just be real, be yourself, no games or bullshit.

 

It is not about realism or games or stuff like that. It is about what kind of guy a girl prefers.

 

Just say hey, if you say SHES the lucky one she aint gonna stay around, and if you say shes pretty and stuff she proberly will think your after a good seein to

 

just talk normal, and after some hours you can tell her, that she has pretty eyes

 

I cannot speak for all woman...just being yourself ...is the way to be.

 

Please girls, answer my question instead of bringing up all those clichés that I already know and heard way too many times in my life.

 

Not to speak for most girls, but the thing that goes on w/ me and most of my friends is we know from the moment we meet a guy if we're going to be into him. Alot has to do w/ how cute he is, and if a guy is real cute to a girl all he has to do is be a gentlemen and confident. Saying she real pretty definatly works if she's into him in the first palce.

Well, none of us can really speak for all females, but in my opinion:

Don't tell her she is lucky, because that will make you seem like an obnoxious arse (see any post by insanejester). That puts women (at least, women like me) on the defensive, and perhaps even anxious to prove to the fellow what a jerk he is.

It might be a safer bet if you tell her she's pretty ... I think most girls would prefer flattery at the beginning. Just don't lay it on too thick and end up sounding fake or desperate, which would scare her away.

I'm a goner for a guy who can make me laugh... and not jsut a giggle either... I mean a damn good, roll on the floor, from the belly laugh.. it doesnt hurt to be a gentleman either.. its so rare for a guy to treat you like a princess these days that when I get a door opened for me or a chair pulled out.. it makes me feel special and its all the more sweet for its rarity... then there is always the simple gestures ...it doesnt have to be a dozen roses and dinner reservations.. i'm happy with kraftdinner by candlelight and a hand full of dandilions...

 

I can't believe there are many guys who don't do things like this. I open car doors for not only a girl I may be dating but also for female friends out of respect. For me it comes without thinking,I just do it.

 

You'd be surprised.... I've had guys that didnt even bother to come to the door when they picked me up ...they just pulled over and honked the horn.... I was less than impressed....
