So I had a new idea, is if I wake up early enough, I may as well go on a barefoot walk while everyone is still asleep.
So do I, but if it's one of those nights where you wake up, but can't go back to sleep no matter how hard you try.
that actually never happens to me. there's nights when i wake up and can't go back to sleep for a while, but i always manage. i've found that on those kinds of nights, i generally manage to fall into an incredibly deep sleep about an hour before my alarm goes off, so even though i was wide awake most of the night i'm still completely dead when i actually have to get up. i know i'm not making a great argument for going back to sleep, but i do think that extra hour becomes worth it later in the day when i'm only dragging a little instead of struggling to keep my eyes open.
If I can't sleep, I just get up and do something else. With that being said, I should stop wearing shoes. And nows the best time start.
He was the original singer from Blind Melon. Super cool guy. Check him out if you're into music. He hate wearing shoes. lol
That's awesome. I used to play the clarinet in school. I wish I'd have continued to play. I like some classical music. Its a genre I want to explore more.
So is Michael Kang, by training. Suzuki. He plays in String Cheese Incident, and we always knew it was going to be a good night when the shoes were left in a pile off stage.
