a job, finalllllllllly

OK so... I've been unemployed pretty much since I quit my job in July, lol, aside from random work at a restaurant here and there when they need someone to fill in. the money I've made though has been lasting me pretty long, combined with my savings, since I hardly spend any money

however, lastnight I find out a women about 10 minutes away needs a babysitter starting the 22nd -- alot of evenings like 7pm until 3am, because she bartends at a place in Philly and doesn't want to leave her 13 year old son home alone.

so pretty much -- this will be sweet. watching a 13 year old, and since school starts in a couple of days, it'll be time I can do homework and whatnot.

I'm really excited that this fell into my lap right when I was starting to feel like "damn I should really get a job...."

what kind of 13 year old needs a babysitter? are they retarded or is mom just a mother hen?

i believe if i was her i would save my money and trust my child...

I hear you.. 13 is like 8th grade so he should really be okay on his own.. I mean I started babysitting my little sister at like age 10, lol....

but who knows. 3am is pretty late -- maybe she's just being overprotective
I'm just thankful for a chance to make some money.

hahahahaha prolly true, its funny my friends little brother is 13, but i swear he acts and looks 17...freakin weird but by early i meant like 11-12, but then again what do i know about kids?

babysitting late night is an awesome gig. give the brat some nyquil and hit the bong. my gf babysits from 9-4am and the kids are in bed when she gets there, so i come over all the time, drop e, and have a good night.

but yeah, the women has said she doesn't mind if I have friends over or whatever. so that'll be cool.

it'll be on school nights too so the kid will probably most likely be asleep by 11 or so.

 

hes 13, if he still needs a babysitter, tell him he still needs a bedtime. 9:30.
