My Best Friend of more than 10 years,died on Monday. I'm very sad she was alone when she passed. :sniff1:
hopefully she die in her sleep, just try to remember all the good times you guys had, and never forget her name and she will live forever in your heart .
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your old friend. My old dog named Puppy died one year ago last month. I had her for 15 years. She was a true, loyal friend. A very sweet and gentle dog. I miss her a lot. May they both rest in peace.

I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your very special dog. I lost my first and oldest dog in much the same way and it still bothers me to this day. She was nearly 15 years old and had not eaten her food in the morning before I left for work, so I let her stay in the house snuggled up with a bunch of blankets and her food bowl with some turkey hotdogs cut-up in it and I planned to come home for lunch at noon to check on her; yet about 10am I had the worst feeling in the depth of my soul, so I came home and found that she had gone to heaven just minutes before I arrived. I was devasted and could only sit there and cry holding her in my arms, just as I'm beginning to cry as I type this text. I sure do miss her and wish I could have been by her side with comforting words and touch at the time she left this earth. I hope that you know and remember that good friends are always with you, here on earth and in dog heaven too.
Awww...I almost died when my kitty died so I know how it feels. I hope you feel better. Do not worry about him, you will meet his reincarnation, I am sure!
The same happened to my dog last year. It was on a Sunday, and he died right next to my bed. He was 8 years old.
