I really like grilling up 3 paninis and making a meal out of it. I usually just fry up about 1 1 and a half sliced chicken breasts, slap on pesto, avocado, tomatoe, spinach, and whatever kind of cheese I have kicking around the fridge.
sometimes I like the ends cause it holds the butter, kinda like a seal on the otherside, so the butter dont drip out..
