usually its the handicapped stall that has the changing table, unless its out in the non-stall part of the bathroom. so if its a mom with a screaming baby, or someone in a wheel chair, who gets the stall? im guessing the screaming baby, because no one wants to be trapped in a tiled bathroom with the reverberating cries of a wee one. its circumstantial.

the air outside is really weird. like when its smoky, but theres no smell, and no fires. like a fog, but not moist. the air just looks... thick. i dont like it.

storms are moving through, a couple of little twisters have dropped out on the plains. but the air here is so strange.

yeah, and its good, moderate at worst. thats why im so puzzled. it doesnt seem like dust, it doesnt seem like pollen. it looks like a cross between smoke and a low cloud. but i can see the sky up above it. its a low murky layer. and there are proper clouds in the distance.

My aunt had a stroke...

really sucks, she raised me throughout my whole life and is one of the most awesome and selfless people I've ever known in life, not to mention one of my only family members. She is only 49 too She is in critical condition at the Neuro-Surgical ICU at Buffalo General Hospital and is paralyzed completely on the left half of her body

Please send positive energy, good vibes, prayers, whatever works for you I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm supposed to go out to Arizona on Monday morning to meet up with a long time friend and go over the logistics of potentially opening a medical marijuana center out there (which I've been looking forward to for months), but I'm not going to go now... my aunt has been the only person who has been there for me for EVERYTHING in my life, even the trivial/stupid/insignificant shit, and of course all the major stumbles I've had in life and she's never once asked for anything in return... I couldn't live with myself if I was to go on vacation during this one time when she really needs my help and love and support.

Been a rough few days, please send love guys

im so sorry sweetie. it is a really rough thing, and people are having them younger and younger. my mom was 45 when she had hers. your aunt may get some feeling and movement back, the early part of the healing process is the most important, the more progress she can make in the first 2 months or so the better.
it is good of you to stay for her. if you had plane/train tickets call the company, they usually will help you out when its family emergency or bereavement. my grandmother was supposed to be out here last year, but she had her stroke just before. the airline said she could reschedule her ticket when she was medically able.
