Ok, here's the rules for this seven word story thread. You can do one of three things to play this game: A. Post a suggested seven word continuation for the thread B. Give a post either a thumbs up or thumbs down (including your own posts), or C. Quote an eligible post as the winning continuation. In order to be eligible to be the winner, a post must: A. Have at least two more thumbs up than thumbs down, and B. Be tied or in the lead for highest thumbs-up-minus-thumbs-down total You may thumbs up or thumbs down as many posts as you want. You may post as many suggested continuations as you want. You don't have to quote an eligible post as the winner if you don't want to, but... only one eligible post may be quoted as the winner. Here's an example of how it works. Let's say the following two post are on the thread. ------- post 1. One day I was walking along when... (one thumb up) ----- post 2. One thing that people never understand is (one thumb up) ----- User A posts another suggested continuation and also gives post 2 a thumbs up User B then sees the thread, and quotes post 2 (which now has two thumbs up) User C. then posts a suggested continuation to the winning post quoted above, and the game continues Ok, ready? Let's see how this goes.
lmao ya know i added the word forum to mine because i only saw 6 words congrats to elmo for making fun of dyslexia
I wasn't making fun of your post or dyslexia, I just pointed out that it had too many words. The post about weeding out idiots wasn't directed at you, it was just a way to defend the complexity of the game. This game might turn out to be too complicated to take off. It would probably give different results than the usual seven word story games though. If you had given post three a thumbs up, and then quoted it, your response would have gotten the game rolling!
if i was serious ..i'd have called you e7m8 instead of elmo...geeze what in the world makes you think it's too complicated?...i mean it's not like we have trouble with keeping the alphabetic games alphabetic...lmao
I didn't know you only called me elmo when you're kidding. I like the elmo name, I probably would rename myself if I could. well, you could prove it by giving a thumbs up to one of the posts with at least one thumbs up already, and then quoting it :sunny:
do you really have dyslexia bad ?cos if you do then it should'nt count if you mix up your words count, cos you can't help that.and it would'nt be fair that you can't play because of it.keep playing your own way bad.
