$500,000 to kill a puppy?

I would probably have conscience trouble after it as well, but if I really think about it I kill spiders and insects for free so I would refuse just because it looks cute or is a fellow mammal...

 

I would hope that I could and would, but I probably would not and could not.

Shelters kill thousands all the time, and all that...... I've hit deer with cars..... but I still don't know that I could stand up and kill a puppy for money.

We all have a right to keep our space free of biting spiders and insects. Killing the puppy for money, however, goes well beyond practicality. And I'll bet hitting the deer was not a matter of choice.

 

It was not, of course....

But from the point of the one doing the killing, a puppy might me an acceptable sacrafice.... I know the god of the hebrews would approve:2thumbsup:

I could provide for my family, and basically pull us all out of a hole.... there's a few friends I'd put through college, people who are dropping out and joining the armed forces for want of money.... Could start a business, finish my own college, buy myself a house....

I hope I'd do it.

 

But what would you say to me if someone offered me $500,000 to kill you? Let's say I plan to help three families in whatever way I can with the money. By your own logic, the needs of the three outweigh the needs of you and your family, and therefore it would be the right thing to do.

Though you might believe that ethics boils down to monetary considerations, I still wouldn't kill you.

And there's no need to be sorry about favoring humans above dogs; dogs feel the same way about you.

 

Psh you guys are pussays. Id do it for like 4 or 5 grand. A kitten, would need to be at least like 40 grand.
