Ive a transgender contact on the adult site, she had left the club earlier than her friends. Many of her friends had died, she only blames herself for not telling them to go with her. She just wanted to go home and go to bed. She woke up and learned the news she couldn't imagine what happened as if she was dreaming a nightmare. Shes Latin. I feel so sad for her. Shes one my favorites TS performers ... Shes never going to be the same.

 

Sadly, I know she won't.

I hope she grows strong after she's grieved.

 

Lately Ive been learning the value of Twitter.. I got the news as it was breaking. I posted it first 4am the random about you thread.

 

I first heard about it that morning when I woke up and turned on the TV in my bedroom, but the full magnitude of this event and its impact has been hitting me by degrees. It's a lot to digest.

 

Oh man what horrible texts to receive from a loved one in their final moments. I don't know if I would be more upset that they sent me texts like that as their final words, or be appreciative that they reached out to me in their final moments.

Not that I would ever be a martyr, but this has to be good for the LGBT community ultimately because it has gained us more worldwide support.

I am thinking there is more to it than the Islamic terrorist angle. He proclaimed allegiance to Hezbollah, and ISIS. These two groups are fighting each other. Makes no sense. I think he was using them as a scapegoat.

For those that say everyone have been packing heat, there would have been more than fifty dead.

 

That's what I meant.

 

This nut job wasn't affiliated with any group but his inner demons.

He used gay on line dating apps. He had been to this gay club on a regular basis.

He'd rather say that he was ISIS than to say that he was a frustrated wannabe gay.

 

Hate and intolerance are just hate and intolerance, regardless of what label the hater chooses for himself. That's why it has been so easy for the whole civilized part of the world to unify around this event. This war is the haters against everybody else.
