Even while it is legal, analogue act could prove it to be similar as to another drug making it so. So really it can be prosecuted anyways without a license as possession and intended for human consumption. Won't stop me from doin it
DMT is far better (IMO, of course), and easily extracted from plant sources. There are also some suppliers of exotic tryptamine who don't seem to care about the legal status. This likely stems from a prosecution of someone for possesion of 5meo under analog laws (the first and only not aimed a a supplier, so far as I know). He was found not guilty by a jury, so....
A court case in michigan I think, The guy was found not guilty. My memory isn't what it used to be, but do a few searches and you'll find it easily enough.
too bad they're making 5-meo-dmt illegal, now i can no longer just walk down to the corner store and buy a bag of it...oh...wait...neverminbd
Scheduling delayed at least 30 days! They reopened the comments period for another month before scheduling about 3 days ago due to an administrative error. This tells why:
Glad to hear the DEA is working tirelessly with all its resources to stop the three transactions of a harmless hallucinogen a year from happening. Glad to know I have another month or so to order 5-MeO-DMT? Haha, I kinda didn't want to test the efficacy of that on migraines but maybe I have to soon.
load a bowl, smoke as much as you can and your headache will be the last thing you'll be thinking about
Heh, yea, I'm just a little worried about the associated nausea, but it would be the most similar thing to DMT in terms of ROA (being able to vaporize for rapid onset).
