Is nicotine naturally in tobacco, or do the tobacco companies add it? I looked, and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

 

Just get a nice bag of Bali Shag rolling tobacco, and roll your own; that's what I do, and I wonder why I didn't do it sooner. It's much cheaper, and it's a real smooth smoke.

A lot of people that are trying to quit bridge over to rolling tobacco, because they say people that roll their own cigarettes tend to smoke less because of: a) the process you have to go through for a cigarette and b) they're much better than manufactured cigarettes, so you need less to be satisfied.
