this video makes me remember learning about "states rights" in high school. i wish they were respected in the way that the founding fathers seemed to have intended.

it's a damn shame that our federal government can pull it's head out of it's collective ass and manage to get anything productive accomplished.

i wish i could get paid half of what those fucks make for NOT doing my job.

That's only one law per 10,000 people though. Doesn't sound too bad. Although admittedly, I'm too much of a badass to listen to any of mans laws.

Many state(s) made it legal, Even in DC. Its 100% ok state wise. Loophole, Its still a substance the machine considers a 'drug' and only at the federal level can they walk in and ruin what you built.

Modern day way of saying 'its ok', Then come in and strong arm them for $$ when they are not looking. They have done it in California for many years now.

Almost sounds like entrapment. I wonder if some of the dispensaries in California could make a case for that.

Its kind of like going to the police station and reporting that you got ripped off by a drug dealer.

You cut the losses and try to re-coupe what they stole. I call it stealing for the fact, They pay their super high tax already. If they need more money, They know they can go and hit them up for 'drug money' on paper and are justified in their act's.

IIRC they were going to try and put something together about the way they were doing it, But its a fine line and not many would take the case. They just lick the wound and try and make up for the loss.
