1. Walked around in the sun for white a long time.

1. Went out for Lunch with a family friend.

1. Did my usual Sunday routine (Laundry-Run to Store for Sunday paper)

2. Went to nude beach for a couple hours

I did not ride a horse or have strawberries and champaign.

OK so I'm in Iquitos, Peru right now cause I brought my two youngest sons home for a visit.

#2 I drank a large glass full of San Pedro that had been brewed for 20 hours

#3 Laid on a raft in a lagoon under palm trees and had communion with a really hip

#1 Went back to the Hummingbird Center in Iquitos for an Ayahuasca ceremony which lasted till about dawn this morning.

#2 Got to hold and play with a baby two toed Sloth, sweet, gentle and way too cute.

#3 Helped a friends 13 year old son buy school supplies and shoes and got a smile straight from his young soul...that boy's smile will shine in my heart from now on.

 

1. Hacked down some two-meter high weeds with my machete
2. Debated some guy about the originality of nu metal
3. Watched porn(lesbian style)

 

1. Ate a tomato straight from the vine
2. Worked out - insanity!
3. Asked questions on the internet

Not the most productive day.

 

1. Got my 3-month HIV test since the fuckup (still negative - Whew!)

2. Went to a movie Salt. Liked it. (See my blurb in New Movies.)

3. Came home, did a little upper bod exercise and hung out at computer rest of day.

 

1) Dug up some potatoes (very tasty)
2) Saved a frog from being run over
