3 things you did today

1. had a water fight, all against my mum she werent so happy. we thrashed her.
2. went shopping. got a game and pro markers. game was 97p WOO pro markers FUCKING FIFTEEN QUID! :& good job i got money yesterday..
3. got away without being shouted at!

so a good day all around.

 

1) Sat in a general hospital for 8hrs having to argue myself out of another 7hrs in the same place.
2) Had cheese and nuts for supper.
3) Thought about what I will do tomorrow.... might go to Brighton or somewhere.

Read about soya links to infertility and reduced fertility (which id never heard about before) and became really depressed and regretted every last mouthful of the spaghetti bolognese weve eaten for about the last 8 days in a row and cereal for breakfast I knew too much soya was a bit naughty but not THAT bad. What i dont get is, its apparently the oestrogen in it or somthing...so why dont meat and dairy have the same effect? Can anyone sciencey or clever help to explain please?

Ooh and Maxi , if I remember correctly, red meat does have a pretty much same affect. But there's more research into soy because it's wrongly marketed as a health food. It's not gonna do that much to you though, just wanna cut back a little maybe, replace it with quorn/other types of bean.

 

Thanx fin, that makes sense Was just gutting to read as i never knew, then i thought of all the meat munchers and dairy guzzlers around with plenty of children and wondered...Quorn makes me violently ill, as do nut products, and im lactose intolerant so couldnt go down that road even if i wanted to...things are bloody limited as it is! But sure well find something Cheers

 

yeah, o'er here, they closed the whole of the language blocks off for the language orals.

1. did my product design mock. didn't do too bad (CNC is computer numerical controls, my friend wrote computer numerical calculations. she was pissed when i told her.)

2. went to the park. it was a beautiful day, sixth formers were on the hill though. first time for everything. alot of people were there though.

3. ate and ate. lost my art pic so done some maths revision for the practice mock um.. functional.

 

1. Handed in dissertation - wahoooooooooooooooooooo. Felt good esp. as id spent the last 8 weeks just editing it down.
2. Swam

3.Last lesson cancelled so took my Philos. and Ethics text book into one of the schools quadrangles, stretched out barefoot on a bench and revised sexual and situation ethics, which is fairly funny if your an ethicist and know what situation ethics is.
4.Bought a HULA HOOP!!!! My sister was mortified by me just carrying it, glad she didn't see my btrying them out in the middle of an aisle....

 

Went for a picnic with the beautiful nurse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt very very happy, then felt very very sad that I can't tell people about us
