I saw that on the news yesterday morning and thought it was horrible. I also heard that it was anchored down. Then I went out and saw that a local elementary school had some of that blow up stuff all over their playground. I am thinking, "Didn't they see the news this morning?" It was pouring rain yesterday and horrible storms in the afternoon and evening. I rather doubt the school kids got anywhere near that stuff yesterday.
