3 Cops Jumped A Fugitive Right Outside My Bedroom Window

As I was cleaning my room in my apartment today, I heard a lot of fighting and grunting sounds outside my window. I live in a working class apartment complex populated with lots of kids and teenagers so I figured it was some kids rough housing, up until I heard

"STOP! Get on the ground mother fucker! Hold still!"
"Get the hell off me! I can't breathe!"
"Put your hands where I can see 'em!"

Sure enough to my bewilderment there were 3 cops wrestling a transient into the mud. The dude was really putting up a fight and he was jacked up on something crazy. I walked outside for a closer look, and I also heard "watch out, he's got needles" as they handcuffed the guy. His face and hair was covered in mud and blood. His clothes were a mess and he cut his forehead open during the fight. There were about 8 or more cop cars total in both parking lots of my apartment community, as well as an ambulance. I knew better than to bother the cops by asking them questions about it, as they can typically be very standoffish toward civilians during an arrest. But from what it looked like, the guy was high on something and was fleeing from the cops on bicycle before he ditched it and hightailed it on foot through my apartment campus. I don't know what the guy did, but I suspect theft and drugs of some kind.

 

How did you find out he was a fugitive?

For a moment there, it sounded like a dying hospital patient being ejected by the police and hospital staff.

 

As we can find out by paying attention to the words of the police the victim probably had sex with his mum!

Fleeing on a bicycle...lol. I hope he did to expect to get far on that

 

If it is in an urban area with lots of small alleys you actually have a chance.

 

Didn't know for sure. By the way things looked he ran a good long distance and dodged the cops for a while before they caught up to him. His bike was ditched about a football field away from where he was jumped, along with a backpack and a purse that clearly didn't belong to him.

LOL I was just gonna ignore the racial conflicts and bullshit, but you're actually correct he was white.

 

Well my apartment community is a good walk away from the main road, and it consists of a bunch of 3-4 story buildings very close together with narrow sidewalks and corridors.

 

Its my fault, I should have picked up on the clues (i.e. needles) and of course no brother in good conscience would say "get the hell off me" that just sounds too white
