    Dayum..that's a bunch of herb. So you only got fined and had to spend 30 days? I would think they'd put your ass UNDER the jail for getting busted with that much.

    in 1980 this was classed as a 3rd degree felony charge. For a first time offender of a non-violent crime charges were always lessened to a misdemeanor. The record then showed 28 days served, $750 state fine for possesion of less than 1 ounce (what was in our pockets at time of bust).
    doing something like this today is next to impossible - the laws have changed

    I remember talking to ole' timers in Humboldt before they built HWY 101. Said it was basically as much as you could fit on your property.
    How come I can see the pic on the other site? Any way you could post it here?
