2nd American Revolution

Who will take arms with me to overthrow the US government!!!??? They have finaly pissed me off enough, I am a pacifist generally, but I really can't take it anymore. Mabye Cuba and China will help me!

The only way you could pull of a revolution is if you had enough people to join arms with you...and that is just not going to happen. not in america. be realistic, find other ways to protest the government besides a full scale revolution.

It depends, I'm not satisfied with America right now, but I wouldn't say i'm so dissatisfied that i'd want to overthrow the government completely. I'd say a widescale oppression of american rights that directly affected me and all citizens would have to occur before i'd join in. I'm definitely not oppressed right now..you're obviously not oppressed..I cant think of very many people living in america who are, so I dont think i'll be joining any revolution anytime soon.

I say arm yourselves with lots and lots of psilocybin and distribute accordingly. Can you imagine the amount of people that could benefit from just one psychedelic experience? I've talked to some people who've never even had ONE, and their close-mindedness is sadly no surprise. Just get the shroomz into the system and have a mass mind-expansion.

Wow. I didn't expect anyone to take it that seriously, but since you did, I'll say I didn't mean so much of an unaided trip, like without babysitters. I've had bad trips too; I've also had people I knew with me to keep me informed of how plainly PARANOID I was getting.

I also didn't mean to imply something of a SOMA revolution where people just escape from reality all the time. The idea of a soma doesn't really go along with the kind of psychedelic mind-expansion I was referring to. I thought one of the benefits of psychedelics is seeing things as they really are and realizing either how much we're getting fucked or how much we're really blessed everyday.

i feel ya JT, i was a very cclosed minded person, then i found shrooms, they sent me on the wildest trip for over a week, i ate shrroms and blue honey and thought of the strangest things but they all made sense when i reflect on it, although towards the end i did take a bad trip thought i had aids, and just balled up in the tent and cried like a little girl, funny as hell now, but not while it was happenening, it tore me up so bad, that as soon as i got back from the camping trip i went straight to the hospital and had a blood test, i was clean of course, but at the time i was sure i was ate up and dying...hehehe, and i've not drug a skeezer out of a bar since, maybe it was a good thing??????

 

OK lets not all chalk up how pyschedelics saved us cause thats bullshit. Anything you experience on a trip was already somewhere in your head. Pychedelics kick it open for you. Right! I would not help take up arms for a communist revolution because the focus is still material. Anarchy, I would fight for, freedom I would fight for, FUCKING real democracy with personal freedoms I would fight for. America is dead though you have to relize that. We're gonna kill ourselves and die before we figure out we fucked up. The country's going out with a gun in one hand and a big mac in the other. I think it was like 15000 protested automatic weapons at an NRA confrence and the leader said it was a small crowd, "Nothing four guys with AK-47's couldnt handle." Thats how gone this country is. Where in regards to Iraqi's being terrorised, not a majority but a large percentage cries out "Were at war and everyones overreacting. Let the armed forces do their job" Now even Tony Blairs support has wavered and I say, Fucking great. Chimps should not have nuclear weapons and neither should someone DUMBER than a chimp.

There is our right to throw these assholes out of Washington and take control of this country. That is the first paragraph to the Declaration of Independence,upon which this country was founded on.Yes the time has come to take drastic measures,in order to survive.The pacifistic approach is what has brought us to this point in time.The time has come for the people to stand up against this fucked up government,and demand satsifaction or remove the powers that be.By whichever manner is necessary in order to acheive this.Fuck Uncle Sam.I for one am tried of that faggot attempting to fuck me in the ass with his red white and blue dick.Fuck him.

Any armed revolution would wind up face to face with the full might of our military industrial complex. That clash would make the Kent State massacre look like a walk in the park.


The only revolution that might succeed in modern America would be a grassroots awakening of civic responsibility which saw the widespread replacement of all local, state and federal "career" administrators (each level in turn beginning with the local level) ousted in favour of progressive "temporary" administrators with fixed term limits of no more than 4 years.

Start removing the entrenched foundations of our current elite power structure and perhaps we might have a fighting chance to restore America to the original design evisaged by our founding fathers.

End career politics and force complete transparency by ending the most overused coverup excuse used by those same politicans, namely "national security".

 

LickHERish,that is exactly what I am talking about.I did not refer to an armed revolution,as much as I would like to see it.It would be total suicide to go up against the M&I complex.I see people bitch and complain on these sites,if only they would use their computers to voice their concerns with the powers that be.I shoot my complaints over the internet to the shit for brains that control us. Our government has more concern for enemy prisoners of war,than they do for their own people.Hell our elected officals are the ones that need to be strung up and put on display as criminals against the people,because in all actuality that is what they are.

People need to learn the system that binds them,bet them with their own system.
Remember,if you don't vote you don't have the right to bitch.The free thinkers need to protest by voting,not ignoring the voting system in an attempt to voice disconcern.Shovel the shit out of Washington,the only way to do this is by voting.Armed revolt only gets you caged and out of the fight for freedom.

there is just so many things wrong in so many diretions. i agree with darklunacy on this one, as sad as it is. i fight for awareness and freedom of choice and everything, but it's so hard to believe we can turn this machine around.
we can turn bits of it around but i don't think we can reverse the trajectory.

my proposed solution: no one have kids! ever! if no one in north america had kids ever again we'd fuck their plans up good and proper. sure we'd die out but we're just a bunch of greedy overcomsuming bastards anyways. let's give mother earth and chance.
