27 Dead in Mass Shooting at Elementary School in Newton, CT

I know this is a shitty thing to say but all these shootings sparking anti gun fervor has taken the federal government's focus off of Washington and Colorado legalizing pot.

If these two states get a chance to show the rest of the country that legal pot is not going to end civilization as we know it then that will be it.... The tides will tip and other states will follow suit.


Of course this does not put a silver lining on all this violence but I haven't heard a word about pot in weeks.
