    I
I feel the opposite because i'm in a red state, my vote doesn't matter in the general election. Never has, never will. So I feel like it matters more in the primary. And we have an open primary here, I dont belong to a party. So if i'm lukewarm about all the Democratic çandidates and if there's a rare Republican with a soul running, I can vote in the Republican primary instead. Which is nice, I can decide where my vote matters more

  2. One thing can be said about the way people were paid and taxed in the post war years to the 70s, we didn't have massive deficits. And the wealthy were not taxed down to middle class, they had a threshold worth more than they could waste in a foolish lifetime. What the rest of us got was new roads, new dams, cheap electricity, cheap homes and upward mobility.

All of that changed in the early 70s. And we're still mired in the effects of it. The gorge between the middle class and the upper class is ever wider while the gap between middle and lower class is ever thinner. Most of the middle class is an illness or job loss from bankruptcy or poverty. I have no sympathy for the ones who have lived the high life on credit and find themselves ruined by a parking ticket.

I personally fail to understand why they hoard money. If there's a crash, they're just as fucked as the rest of us. Even with those cushy compounds. When the dollar is worth zero, a million of them is still nothing.

Nebraska has Senator Sasse who talks pretty good. I like his manner, albeit Republican. I know I'll never vote for him though. But I think he would be one example of good republican leadership.

I cannot think of anyone who announced candidacy in the 2020 election I would buy a used car from.

Trump has not brought anyone new to his side, and his demographic voters are dying from old age. He play's long guitar solo's for his base, but he doesn't govern.

He will not win the popular vote again, I'm almost certain. But I do see it as possible he squeaks out another electoral college only win.

I'm electing one of my cats. He's kind, gentle, yet assertive when he needs to be. He's also so cute and furry. Who wouldn't want him as President?

He did not the first time either. Standard for a Republican.

In a three way race between Trump, the Democrat nominee and an independent Democrat/Socialist, who wins?

  18. The one with the most counties in the most states.

But I hear a republican may actually challenge Trump. It's only a rumor, but it would be most entertaining.
