I have read in left wing news sources which say the postal union is supported by the republicans so therefore the handlers of mail can not be trusted to handle The vote In mail. Speculating they will toss ones out. There is a ton of reasons to not do mail in voting. There is already issues many have on both sides with this. And the projection that the virus is going to be running rampant through the USA in November by those politicians on the left seems to be a lot of hype to put this goal forward of mail in voting.
Personally I don’t believe that There will be a huge crisis in november and it aught to be done as usual.

From day one way back in February there was talk of needing to vote by mail on one side and "fraud" on the other.

You can not count on them. They are too busy committing false flag attacks on the left wing which because they protested them killing people must "hate them". They like the post master are tired of the majority telling them they are wrong. A person not voting for Trump will be suspicious. Many will be too intimidated to vote and only one party's vote is really counted anyway. Americans used to only see these things on the news.
