I can say with ALL SURETY ……………. corona virus or no corona virus - If I have to wrap myself in a scuba suit, and then wrap in a haz-mat suit, and breathe with air tanks crawling on my hands & knees …………….. I'll get to the polls to vote AGAINST RUMP !!!!!! My entire family is going to do the same. He's more of a corrupt criminal than Nixon was.

That rally in Tulsa was very telling when only 6,200 supporters showed up..........

Biden Takes Dominant 14 point Lead as Voters Reject Trump on Virus and Race

Joseph R. Biden Jr. has taken a commanding lead over President Trump in the 2020 race, building a wide advantage among women and nonwhite voters and making deep inroads with some traditionally Republican-leaning groups that have shifted away from Mr. Trump following his ineffective response to the coronavirus pandemic, according to a new national poll of registered voters by The New York Times and Siena College.

Mr. Biden is currently ahead of Mr. Trump by 14 percentage points, garnering 50 percent of the vote compared with 36 percent for Mr. Trump. That is among the most dismal showings of Mr. Trump’s presidency, and a sign that he is the clear underdog right now in his fight for a second term.

nope requesting an ID is not suppression, you need an ID to drive, buy beer and in most cases to be employed so showing an ID to vote is common sense

    • Millions of Americans Lack ID. 11% of U.S. citizens – or more than 21 million Americans – do not have government-issued photo identification.1
    • Obtaining ID Costs Money. Even if ID is offered for free, voters must incur numerous costs (such as paying for birth certificates) to apply for a government-issued ID.
      • Underlying documents required to obtain ID cost money, a significant expense for lower-income Americans. The combined cost of document fees, travel expenses and waiting time are estimated to range from $75 to $175.2
      • The travel required is often a major burden on people with disabilities, the elderly, or those in rural areas without access to a car or public transportation. In Texas, some people in rural areas must travel approximately 170 miles to reach the nearest ID office.3
    • Voter ID Laws Reduce Voter Turnout. A 2014 GAO study found that strict photo ID laws reduce turnout by 2-3 percentage points,4 which can translate into tens of thousands of votes lost in a single state.5

if you wish to vote and participate in society get a job get an id , apparently 89% do have ids so bully for them

    its free here in Fl:
Background: Florida provides free identification for individuals whose annual income is at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, as well as those who are homeless. State legislators voted to waive the $25 fee for the Florida State ID card in 2013 for individuals who can prove that they are homeless

in order to work or get any sort of Gov't benefits an ID is req

    http://sharedprosperityphila.org/documents/Revised-ID-Waiver-Appendices-5.15.15.pdf
18 states, including Pennsylvania, have no fee reductions/waivers for any reason. 33 states, including the District of Columbia, as detailed below, have a reduction/waiver for specific reason, the most prevalent being based on age (usually around 60-65)

so if you need an id to WORK it is only logical that in order to do one of the most important things as a citizen (vote) you should have an id

if its such a burden to get an ID its probably worse or equal to get to a polling place so if you can do one do the other

could you do either when the constitution was written?

The electoral college is also part of the constitution but there are those who wish to do away with it

To buy beer, yes of course.

I’ve been voting for years and I’ve never needed an ID to vote.

Fortunately, the Founders anticipated that times change and gave us the right to amend the constitution, which we did. So now we--even women--have the right to vote, if we're adults, and we elect our senators by direct popular vote.. The electoral college may also go some day. We can hope.

LOL So you want to make it a requirement to vote that a person have a job?

Why do people need ID to vote nobody has proved there is any problem with voter fraud which is the usual reason people say they are needed

Basically supposed fraud is a political tactic been used to convince the gullible to support voter suppression as Lorraine C. Minnite a professor of political science and author of The Myth of Voter Fraud, has put it

Are fraudulent voters undermining U.S. elections? The simple answer is no. Rather, the threat comes from the myth of voter fraud used to justify rules that restrict full and equal voting rights.

    The Voter Fraud Myth

Voter ID is a hoop that people want others to jump through because they are hoping it will be to their advantage

Most people would think being a productive member of society includes employment of some type now here in the us ID is required for employment so
if one wishes to be a productive member of society get a job if you have a job you have an ID so vote if you have a hardship getting an ID do whatever is necessary to get ID if you wish to vote

So you are saying that you would want having a job to be a requirement before getting a vote?

How about a property requirement I mean there are a lot of rich people that don’t have jobs.
