I sort of agree with the FISA oversight passage that Lee's touting. I think it's a bi-partisan victory - it's not a republican-only kind of thing. That provides oversight for the activities of the justice department. But he says that "they wouldn't have been able to investigate" the President's campaign the way they did.... I'm not so sure. & there were questions about the usage of campaign finances to hush Stormy Daniel's. I don't know that it's a federal case, but it shows impropriety and points to probable cause; of which I know very little (I took forensic anthropology, but I dropped out because it was not anthropological but rather police CSI stuff).
