Not that that proves innocence. Nothing can. An accusation is a defacto death sentence for a political career. Well for the left at least.

 

He's the dictator of Syria allied with Russia and Iran in the civil war we've been fighting for the past 7 years. which has cost nearly a half million lives. I don't really think that. It's very frustrating to watch someone age and struggle for words. I'm not even close to as old as Joe Biden, but I can have empathy for that. & I'm not saying he's senile, but what happens to me is I can't think of a word and it takes me a second to figure out how to say what I want to say. If I'm debating something, I'd have to plan ahead that if I can't think of a word to just say something else and not wait until it comes to me. I understand Joe Biden, and it's wrong for me to disparage him like that. I apologize. I don't think he's dumb and I'm sorry. I do have an opinion about how he speaks publicly, but I don't have to drag him through the mud at all.

I don't think of Trump the same way I do Biden. Trump is dangerous. I don't feel that way about Biden. Did you watch Tara Reade speak? I just wanted to have both sides of the story so I watched her on Democracy Now and watched him on NBC. I think I believe her because she sounds truthful, and I don't know if I can believe him because he sounds shaky, but we've heard that before. Still, that's what lying people sound like as well. Don't know what to think.

Biden is a former stutterer and has struggled to cope with this throughout his political career. People who like him have been willing to overlook that because of other qualities that you apparently don't see. In my experience, lying people can be glib smooth talkers, like the guy at the used car dealership. Bill Clinton was a smooth talker who could look you in the eye and say "I did not have sex with that woman" ( not mentioning his private definition of "sex"). There have been many former Presidents who would never make it in the television age. Thomas Jefferson, who made it to Mount Rushmore, was a terrible public speaker who actually had a phobia about it. Calvin Coolidge was a man of few words, preferring "yes" "no" answers.
Eisenhower was a poor public speaker and often seemed confused, but the public liked Ike and made allowances. G.W. Bush was even worse than his father, which is going some. And The Donald: We've watched his semi-incoherent performances in the recent press briefings where he spouts nonsense and multiple lies with conviction and engages in personal attacks against anyone who brings it up. I like Whitmer, but I don't know... The call from the alleged victim's mother came in 1993; though there's no proof of whose voice it was except that Tara Reade says its her. Her friends and neighbors seem to corroborate the allegations, but they could be in on it.

I want to say I'm back behind Biden already, but it feels like things just got worse.

No one's stupid for realizing this election is already lost again. Even if Biden would win.
Everybody loses thanks to the (convenient position of the) Democrats and the majority of Americans voters who are either too afraid to abandon the status quo, and to those who actually suits it.

 

It might be relevant to hear what Biden had to say in defense of Christine Blasey Ford who was under scrutiny for allegations about a public figure.

Do you have any proof of his "minnions" having raped? I have been in many middle eastern nations and my own family members have as well. I know of not one single such incident over the last 50 years. I know women of my own families have travelled alone and went to work teaching in universities in the middle east, and received a high degree of respect there. American assumptions concerning middle eastern people are way off, and not based on facts. I would not vote for Tulsi Gabbard, but do respect her for taking a moment to speak with Assad. It really is no different than Jimmy Carter taking time to speak with Anwar Sadat.

 

But is democrat linked to the party here or to the word democracy?
