yes, I know. Say what you will about Biden, but he knows how to compromise; and it's imperative that we flip the senate, and hopefully retain the house.

 

I dont see McConnell doing anything but obstructing even with Biden honestly.

But what would a Biden compromise with Republicans look like? What would he get us?

 

That shouldn't take much effort, especially if Trump gets another term and screws up as badly as I expect him to. BTW, what happened to Mike Pence? Is he out of the running?

 

I can't see pence, or Cruz being taken as serious candidates.
On the other hand, there is talk that Nikki Haley would run, but I am not sure that the republican establishment wants a woman president.
Now rumor has it that trump has set pence up to fail, and that he would nominate Haley as veep. That would be an interesting confirmation hearing.

 

He seems very even and moderate on the news. I don't like it, but I'm drawn to it. It's not my brand... There he is. He was on CNN talking to I forget who... Jake Tapper? I can't remember. He's been on like a dozen times now since the outbreak, but this one specific time he handled being on camera really well.

If we're talking about Pence, I should make clear I loathe the guy. He might as well have "phony" tattooed on his forehead. But he's the kind of smarmy candidate who does well with Republican voters, especially Evangelicals (as does Cruz).
