is that the girl with the naked pics holding a bong ?

I don't mind the bong or the nakedness, but the rest of the state isn't gonna go for it.

  5. The whole planet is in debt and owes itself more money than actually exists. With that kind of nonsense even being possible, how can we possibly avoid a crash of global proportions. Which will lead almost immediately to regional resource wars.

Warren is either very confused about this or has already made plans for it. Either way she's not fit to be a president as both lead to failure.

  7. I love Slate sometimes.

Beto leaving is a perfect deflection for remaining democrats. When someone tries to paint gun grabbing on the rest of them, they just have to say "oh that was that other guy, the one from Texas, a gun-happy red state" and be washed from their sins of lapping up his every word and parroting his points while he was still a candidate.

One thing that does not help the democrats is constantly trying to present a perfect front image while literally ignoring and hiding real problems in their party that must be ironed out before the convention. The rose colored glasses (with little Beto logos) need to come off and the unicorns need to be corralled.

Unless, of course, the plan is to simply bullshit their way into the oval office. But, we already have one of those now!

So what does this prove or acomplish? He is not going to need any donations to run again and the donations likely came from the same support base. Some new voters perhaps who feel they are neutral but most Americans have not changed their opinion. Various types of voter are reported to not support him anymore. Most people people don't bother to donate to campaigns they just vote. The two parties have all the money. Only Bernie Sanders donations matter and that's because he's not really 100% supported as the guy for a party.

I've noticed hate voting is what's fun for Trumpers. You got them so pissed and look what we did. Keep pissing us off and we will do it again. It's seems like a sad outlook on the world. Choice based off that emotion is never good.

I suspect he will have less Republican voters. Electoral voting and 2 choices affect a lot. Who knows if he makes it that long. He got money from his fans. They get to feel good and say they are making a difference. Ironically the same thing the accuse their political opponents of doing on various social issues.

  14. It almost looks like the RNC is broke without Trump's money. He's the one raising it while they sit on their asses (probably thinking of news ways to toss in the towel). It's not like republicans are suddenly warming up to Trump. He humiliated the republican royal families mercilessly, so there's no love in that relationship. See Romney as the prototypical loser RINO with a big yap.

It's good to see the democrats finally shedding the useless minions, but they're fooling themselves if they think Warren can defeat Trump. They still have a better chance with Biden, he simply has more friends in Washington than any of the rest of them, including Trump!

So, Beto wants to take away the AK47's, OK, each to his own opinion.

Would Mr. O'Rourke endorse: Stop & Frisk? If not, what would be his objections to same?

I somehow disagree that Beto's ideas about gun ownership are related to his decision not to run. I think that he dropped out for intelligent reasons, but I don't know what they were. Not likely that it's due to our overwhelming support for gun rights as Americans.

It does seem to be out of current events. Out of sight out of mind? Maybe. If I were asked about it, I'm pretty sure I know what I would say though. And if I were asked to vote about it, I don't think I would support the NRA, gun rights, the second amendment, the freaking Dickey amendment, etc. I know, I know. No one's asking me. :D
