2019 Resolutions

I think the idea behind it (lets not dwell on why I know the idea behind it) is that having an orgasm releases testosterone in the male human, and pent up testosterone is preferable for...some reason, I didnt really look into it too deeply

 

It's a figure of speech, basically

 

To learn Arabic on a conversational level
To lessen social media/forums time.
Live in the present moment

 

An annoying one at that.

 

I second living in the present moment!!!! I was thinking about that yesterday, actually. I get in my head a lot, so it will be nice to focus on being present.

 

It sounds like a trite concept, and it's become an overused phrase, but there's definitely peace and joy in just experiencing your life, and not worrying about what others think about your life. The likes and comments you receive on social media will always pale in comparison to what it feels like to be content in your own skin. Just my opinion.

 

Toxic masculinity?

 

The best thing about hanging out with my young kids is that you have to be totally present with them. It works a lot better for me than any mindfulness meditation or anything like that.

 

Sounds like Toxic Masculinity to me.

Yes it's true. Studies show that men who go Hand Solo too often, do not exhibit as much testosterone and have a lower sex drive because of it. Porn may be fun, but it has negative consequences, and it turns guys into introverts who will use it as an excuse to stay in their comfort zones. Rather than using their sexual energy to go out and look for a REAL romantic partner, they'll burn it all up on porn.

 

That sounds like a theory invented by someone with a very, very tenuous grasp on science or reality. Or both.

 

To follow through with what I said I would do.

First time I ever followed a resolution.

 

After I treat myself to a massage, new boots and a book.

 

Lie, cheat, steal

 

You Joined 2009.....This Has Been Your Resolution Every Year Since Then.....Don't You Think

It's Time To Switch Things Around A Bit..???....Next Year Try Steal....Lie....And Cheat.....

I assume you’re referring to either an all boy band or a lesbian group?

 

i think it could be an effective name no matter what the band's makeup. although those are some of the more obvious applications.
