VG is full of it masks work, period.

I've seen the same thing you have people walking around not wearing masks, or wearing them as you stated (with their big noses uncovered)
People pull down their masks to eat on the MBTA Trains or buses. people pull down their masks in the presence of others to talk, or smoke
cigarettes, and some people simply refuse to wear them (even though masks are mandatory throughout the state)

Isn't that just a whole list of reasons why masks don't work though?

What type of masks, the most important times and places to wear a mask, hand washing, social distancing, flushing toilets, air con systems...any other possible other sources of infection


You only think masks come in at number one becuase that's what's been repeated in the media

Hypocrite !!! - who was it in the picture I've seen who was wearing a plastic bag over their nose and mouth hmmm ??? As I said t'other day, you should have put that bag over your entire head and tied it very tightly round your neck !!!

 

Each day I see dozens of people driving through stop signs and signals, perhaps we should eliminate those signs altogether and
trust everyone to do the right thing - you know the merit system.....lol..

 

Masks don't do anything for dementia I see

A “mystery illness” is being investigated by health officials in India after hundreds of people were hospitalised over the weekend.

Authorities first noticed the illnesses on Saturday, when 45 people who lived in different areas presented at hospitals and clinics suffering from the strange symptoms.

Patients were hospitalised after experiencing symptoms including nausea and vomiting while some suffered seizures and burning eyes.

A woman in the UK has become the first person in the world to be given the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid vaccine.

Margaret “Maggie” Keenan, 90 from Enniskillen in Northern Ireland has become the first person in the world to receive the vaccine outside trial conditions — marking the start of the UK’s mass vaccination program.

Maggie said she felt “ so privileged” to get the first dose at the University Hospital in Coventry.

She was given the vaccine at 6.30 GMT, according to the BBC.

While there certainly are those who just dont care , could it be a larger matter of what does one do? the feeling of being overwhelmed and powerless is not enjoyable. Information overload and plain old burnout factor as well

Last week, CDC published homicide figures for 2017, saying the homicide rate for Black non hispanics was almost 10 times what it is for White non hispanics 22.6 vs 2.4 per 100,000. 97% of them being committed by someone known to the victim, so Black on Black crime
