Netherlands is 1/3 the size of the state of New York to provide a comparison. And the population is less by a significant margin. Isn't it something like 17 million? I might be way off...

WHO is still saying no immunity, what the hell? That will also backfire on them

72 years of paying to fund the WHO, and first time it really comes to the crunch since then, everybody listens and waits for the likes of John Hopkins and Harvard Medical anyway

What's curious though, is now is a really good time for a competitor to YouTube to pop up and say, nah we won't ban such and such, users can decide for themselves. Doesn't look like that's Twitch or Vimeo though

Even though they are kind of in the thick of it at the moment

Providing further evidence there never was a plan, past 2 months. They know they don't have enough money / are more likely to lose control of their own government / end up looking worse 6 months down the track if there is a nationwide lock down more than 6 weeks

And I'm not just talking about the UK government here

I maintain though, that they have all underestimated the fall out. We still have all the bank bailouts to come, but unlike the GFC, this time they simply won't have enough money to bail out ALL banks
