    You seriously don't see what im saying? Aphex twin dude says were living in a police state because of the enforced measures taken in this crisis situation. I say not so. We don't live in a police state because of how authorities at the moment deal with overly witty individuals putting others health or the health caresystem needlessly at risk.

    yeah I was surprised but not. When I was there, on wed morning I said check this out this is pretty serious and I think the Mayor is going to shut us down on Monday. But the stay home order was Friday the 20th.
    Shown some stuff on my phone and they started to look it up too. On their Dissenter page put out notice they was closing early for the safety of other that evening. Its a crazy place there on a Wed, Thru, Friday. It was a good move. They are not that crazy in the afternoons so it was better to close when nobody was there Wednesday afternoon.

    Maybe you enjoy it better when individuals HAVE TO enforce these safety measures themselves, like hitting the inconsiderate and risky person in the supermarket in the face for coughing on some products. Or people ignoring the 1,5 meter distance rule on markets or small or crowded pavements. Look man, it can all be done. But some people are idiots. So I'm glad with the societal effort.

    I agree with Aphex Twin. Just because it doesn't resemble a dystopian sci-fi movie of one, doesn't mean it's not one.

    I must say, so far the brighter side of this where I live is that folks seem to be taking this in stride, are generally courteous and helpful, toilet paper is reappearing in the stores cuz they're rationing it, people are getting together via ZOOM and Skype, and there seems to be a general feeling we're all in this together.

    Well, if you have to isolate yourself most of the day... I'm glad marihuana shops reopened for pick up orders after only 1 day lol

    Me too, I take great pride and comfort in the majority of my fellow citizens dealing with this in a considerate way.

    This is an example of what happens when some push the idea that the media lies to them, the government is out to get them, and their leaders are running child pornography rings in the basement of pizza parlors....all with nothing, no facts at all to back up their claims.

    This guy was taught to distrust the media, the navy, and the government so when he was told a hospital ship was coming to port he doesn't believe his own eyes when he sees a big red cross on the side of the ship.
    Must be a conspiracy by big government, the Illuminate, some political party, or the men in black to take away his freedom, guns, gender, right to pray, or whatever.

    Just like that nutbag preacher in Pittsburgh who doesn't believe that COVID 19 is real.

    I expect more loonies to come out of the woodwork.
