    Here's an interesting item that I thought was a joke.
    Prosecutors: Engineer deliberately ran train off tracks in attempt to smash the USNS Mercy

    Eduardo Moreno a 44 year old train engineer ran his train off the track at a high rate of speed in an attempt to hit the USNS Mercy hospital ship docked in the Port of Los Angeles. He crashed through a concrete barrier and was stopped about 250 yards short.
    He doesn't think "the ship is what they say it's for.'"

    I didn't really think you could purposefully drive a train on tracks. Also surprised how little damage crashing a train does.

    The thing about individual rights
    Is they stop being a right when they threaten someone else's right to health and life.
    If someone's individual rights means they could potentially infect and spread something deadly to an at risk population just because they couldnt give up going to a crowded beach for a few weeks..

    Our governor closed all boat ramps on lakes here because people couldnt stop their redneck yacht clubs and gathering in huge groups on the lakes

    He shouldnt have had to do that. People should possess the common sense to know better

    I am an advocate of taking measures to stay in balance with nature ourselves. If we refuse to, which we have, nature will do it.

    I dont know a single person who would be willing to sacrifice an old or at risk person they love though.
