It's odd that the Chinese refused US assistance or contribution through the CDC in the early days. The Chinese probably refused because they knew the CDC would track the virus back to source zero. Which would expose Chinese malfeasance, incompetence or both.

I've been averaging like 4 hours a sleep for the past few weeks. Not sure if it has anything to do with this or not but my insomnia did start around the time it started spreading to the US so the two are probably related.
