Ugh, because it's not the way any government works

One guy doesn't run around doing everything

Production of medical ventilators not going up 10 fold over the last two months is every governments fault

Hopefully people listen, not like us. Lock down now - this'll be fun.

With everything shutdown there’s no place to go except the grocery store, the pharmacy, or the Gas station.

All other businesses have been ordered closed, and will face heavy fines if they violate the ordinance.

Well now maybe you'll appreciate what your parents and grandparents had to go through in times of war and depression.

"Today the Lieutenant Governor of Texas Daniel Patrick, who is 69 years old, told Fox News he was willing to take the risk.

No one reached out to me and said, as a senior citizen, ‘Are you willing to take a chance on your survival in exchange for keeping the American that all America loves for your children and grandchildren?’ And if that is the exchange, I’m all in,” Mr Patrick said.

He said “there are lots of grandparents” who would agree with him because “they don’t want the whole country to be sacrificed”.

“My message is let’s get back to work. Let’s get back to living and be smart about it, and those of us who are 70-plus, will take care of ourselves. But don’t sacrifice the country.”

So, what ever your government calls these lockdown in your little neck of the woods. How are they going?

Because in Sydney today, it was a bit of a joke, in the City it was quiet, but wasn't that quiet, bit of shopping on the way home, Bondi Junction (open street) mall looked just like a Saturday afternoon, 20 kids hanging about with skate board, the supermarket was pretty busy, most food places open

And I didn't see like a single cop the whole day

Umm we can still open restaurants but takeaway only, I haven't been into the town district but I got booze this morning and saw cars with skis so people are still going to the snow.

See, we are in the same boat. And 2 months after the first case, still no one is manufacturing them here

"Part of the problem, he explained, is that Australia was relying on overseas manufacturers for our testing kits.

“The problem here is resourcing the testing, and we don’t have mass manufacturing facilities to do it en masse,” he said"

Coronavirus: Why isn’t Australia testing more for COVID-19?

I've come to the shop today because the alarm company is going to do their check thing, but I can't, as we were going to, be open. No one about anyway.

All the second home owners from London are here though. Escaping.

Unless Chyna virus is the attack ;)

    Russia: 438 cases, 1 death

Either those figures are true and they are now highly suspicious

Or, God knows what is actually going on in that country, and Nth Korea as well

Yeah. They're saying on the news not to do it. Pointing out that down here, and similar places.. We don't need the extra strain on the already strained services, either.
